  1. Does anyone know if you can use this as an e-reader?

  2. We don’t see why not, but it depends on the app you specifically wanted on it. It does have access to the full Play Store.

  3. Very disappointed – cannot even play as this thing is faluty from the start. The on/off button is stuck in the casing – not a good start.

  4. That’s not good to hear, but we’re sure you can exchange it back at your local store.

  5. I bought one & generally I am quite pleased with it. I rang Tempo & was told that the micro SD slot supports micro SDHC (up to 32 GB) but not SDXC (64 GB). I would like to know if anyone has tried using a 64 GB card formatted using sdformatter 3.1 from http://www.sdcard.org in this slot. To switch the Tablet on you need to press and hold the ON/OFF switch for at least 7 seconds. The Play Books eReader from the Android Play Store is a free basic eReader but works fine.

  6. Google Play does not work with our tablet, any other ideas? Tech support has been impossible to get in touch with

  7. Hi Lisa, Play Store is an integral app to Androids. When you say it doesn’t work, do you mean it isn’t installed or it won’t work or it Force Closes?

  8. Also Lisa please check you can access Gmail, Youtube and other Google Apps with a valid Google Account. Google Play requires an active gmail account with a valid password. Maybe you tried this already, but one common problem I’ve seen is that your Gmail account password becomes disabled due to too many incorrect password attempts. If you have not checked, go to Gmail.com and try to login, if that does not work, you will probably have to follow “forgot password” instructions from there.

  9. Lisa, you HAVE TO update your play store software to the latest version.i had the same problem at the start, but after the upgraded its all good !!!

  10. The speakers were working OK until I put in headphones now seem to not work any ideas
